Painting Techniques Identified.

Hey, I think I’ve finally found the words to describe my most used techniques. I may start posting my images by the corresponding terms.

“Abstract Smuge.”

“Erase Reveal.”

“Geometrics.”

“Scribble Fill.”

I refer to all of them as doodles because they’re done in a state of “Mindlessness” which doesn’t come from 52 years of Buddhist study but simply old age.

  1. I love SCRIBBLE, that red really pops. It makes me happy to look at it, with all the beings that are part of it. Fifty-two years of Buddhist study? OMG That’s truly amazing. Wow. What comes before “beginner’s mind?” Whatever it is, that’s where I am.
